I have been betting on the net or at brick and mortar casinos for a good many years. I have learned, the addiction can take a hold of you and you won’t even notice it up till you are broke. Markedly if you are on a scoring streak. I have gone through countless hundreds of dollars in only a tiny period of time and at times, I can go too far. It seems you are just enjoying yourself till you make a choice to track your loss and the blame settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I am able to gain it back" ad nauseam. It doesn’t work. Then you feel sick to your stomach and the more you attempt the quicker you throw away.
When you find that you are up, STAY on the UP! When you start to fritter away, don’t tell yourself, "well just 1 more" over and over again, believe in me, this scheme RARELY ever operates. Say you plan on wagering on one armed bandits, have a figure set aside before starting your gambling. DO NOT go over this restriction, regardless of how appealing. If you happen to win, put that in an alternate canister. Don’t spend your payouts no matter what. Once you have wagered through your initial predetermined limit, stop. Call it quits, whether it is online or at a brick and mortar gambling den, do not stick at the tables or machines. Make sure to remember, there no doubt will be other days, another time. Obviously, this method is able to function for any casino game that you gamble on, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, blackjack or any other casino game.
Remember, gaming should be entertaining not backbreaking, sickening work! If you are not having fun yourself, you don’t belong at the casinos. If you can’t pay for the losses, don’t even start.
